Do you follow the style trends online or in the fashion magazines?  I recently read some articles from the experts, and I was thrilled with what they had to say.  Fall 2011 is all about bolder colors, out of the box pattern, and fun texture.  Who do you think of when you hear that?  Bob Mackie, of course.  Another catch phrase that was mentioned in the style trends was ‘collage art.’  Well, now we are really talking, because our one and only Bob Mackie is all about art…Wearable Art!  Based on what I read, I wanted to highlight some of the items that I felt were most on target with what they are showing on the runways right now.  Have you seen Bob’s "Manhattan" Printed Sweater (A93592)?  It has a beautiful design that works for all the style elements and gorgeous colors. 

Another one of my favorites is Bob Mackie's Jewel Embellished Top with Metallic Embroidery (A218560).  Bob’s inspiration for this one was an over the shoulder, drippy jeweled necklace…and that is exactly what it looks like.  This one really highlights the multimedia and collage look that is hot on the runways.
