JUST IN CASE YOU MISSED IT!

Bob Mackie was here last week with his gorgeous line of Wearable Art.  I had a great time shopping with you, and I’d love to know what treats you picked up for yourself or as a gift for someone.  One of my top favorites was the Velvet Burnout Topper with Kimono Sleeves (A94929).

Here it is in the Red Multi, which, if you are looking for a fabulous and comfortable holiday outfit…this is it!  Put that together with a pair of Bob’s Stretch Velvet Pull-on Pants (A63254) in Black, and you’re done!  FYI, I bought this for myself and will be wearing it this year for Christmas Eve.  Every year, Ivo and I host dinner for about 20 people.  It’s a sit down, formal dinner, so between the cooking, entertaining and getting down on the floor to open up gifts and have fun with my kids, this outfit will rock for me.  I’ll try to remember to take a photo for you!  I love Christmas!

However, fall isn’t over yet, so be sure to get yourself a fun layering piece too.  When you’re out enjoying the color changes, picking out pumpkins, (which I did with my kids last week) or just for the perfect everyday basic, the Twisted Spangle Fleece Topper with Shawl Collar (A219554), or the Plush Fleece Imperial Embroidered Jacket (A68158) are my picks.

Here they are in Turquoise and Red, but, if you check out QVC.com, you can see all the colors available…gorgeous!

While you’re there, be sure to take a peek at the complete Bob Mackie Wearable Art collection.  If you’re shopping for yourself or for gifts, don’t hesitate if you like something.  The holidays are just around the corner.  I’ve started my shopping early so I can enjoy it.  I hate when I’m dashing around last minute, don’t you?  The holidays are supposed to be fun, enjoyable and festive…let Bob Mackie show you the way!   By the way, Ivo and I are still trying to decide what to make for dinner this year.  We always go on the hunt for a new fantastic recipe that we can make for about 20 people.  Does anyone have any recommendations?  You can post your recommendations here or on Bob’s Facebook page.

Thanks!
