Keeping up with Kenneth — Part 2!

Kenneth is on his way to the Mediterranean — I wish I could stow away in his luggage right about now with the heat in New York City.


Before this latest trip, Kenneth spent some exciting time in London. He attended the royal opening of the Masterpiece at Chelsea. He was the personal guest of Princess Alexandra of Kent; she's the cousin of Prince William and our favorite new Duchess, Kate.


What's the Masterpiece at Chelsea Barracks, you ask? It's an exhibit held at the Royal Academy Museum. Kenneth has been given an honor that only a handful of Americans have been given, and he has been asked to become an “American Friend,” or member of the museum. Since Kenneth has such close ties to the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, he was a natural for this honor. I love the Metropolitan Museum  of Art in NYC — has anyone ever been there? Ever found the Kenneth Jay Lane room?


I'm now turning my focus on our August Kenneth show — we have some great new product to show you, and two hours of clearance to tempt you with — I hope to see you there! And stay cool ladies!
