Thanks to you, the viewer and faith.

As Thanksgiving is upon us I realize how much I have to be thankful about.

First, I would like to thank all of the QVC viewers for your support.  This past week has been quite an experience and quite a unique expression of faith.   As you know, I had the good fortune to bring to you a replica of the ring that has “taken the world by storm.”  The incredible staff and crew at the Kenneth Jay Lane organization really stepped up to the plate to bring to you what we knew you would be asking for - a version of the two-time Royal engagement ring.  In our best effort we were on air with the ring within 96 hours of the announcement.  As I said on air, the ring you saw was a crude first piece sample that was handmade in our sample department.  I guaranteed you that your expectations were going to be exceeded and I am thrilled to now share the final and actual version with you.  

The ring pictured below is cast in brass, plated in rhodium with a man-made sapphire center stone and fourteen .25 karat simulated diamonds, just like the real one.  It is a ring filled with history, romance, fashion and love.

I am very thankful for the faith all the viewers had in knowing that the ring they would be receiving from Kenneth Jay Lane is even more beautiful than the one they had seen on air.  The relationship between the viewer, QVC and Mr. Lane is one that I am most grateful.

Another thing I am thankful for is the opportunity to represent Kenneth Jay Lane on air.  For the past 50 years, Kenneth has been designing jewelry for the world’s most fashionable and famous women.  He has designed for First Ladies, TV shows, movie stars and Royals.  His client list reads like the Who’s Who of Fashion and History.   As my mentor and friend he has taught me so much about fashion design and style and for that I am thankful.

Finally, I am thankful for my friends and family.  Thanks to my family for allowing me to spend time away from home to be with you, my extended family at QVC.  I am thankful for the show hosts, crew, & management and all the “princesses” who support the collection.

I give thanks to you for all your support and friendship on this Thanksgiving holiday.
