When I shut off the scanner the document counter starts over again from number 1, What's the matter?

Why do I get mirrored images even if I do my scanning the same way every time?

I scanned about 50 pages and then I stopped to charge the scanners' battery. When I tried to upload to my PC, There was nothing there. Whats wrong?

This is the S8X11XXXX Handheld Wand Scanner

Why would QVC be offering a Pandigital TSV when the company is bankrupt, the warranties that current QVC customers have with them are null and void, and customers who have sent their scanners to them under the then warranty are offered no assistanced in getting their scanner repaired? Who exactly would be supporting the people who would buy the TSV? I am shocked that QVC is not only still carrying pan digital products but actually having one be a TSV.

Is there a limit to the number of scanned images that can be stitched? Limit in size for stitching? I would like to scan my grandmother's quilt and stitch it together.

I purchased the last scanner (wi-fi) with out the docking station. I noticed that it does have the connection at the end of the wand where it could be connected to a dock. I also have the scanner sold before the wi-fi one with the dock. Can I use the dock I have for the wi-fi scanner??

It is my understanding that Pandigital went bankrupt. How will the warranty be handled?

Does the software that is included allow you to save the images on to a CD? If not, what software will allow you to do this?

Linux User-

I use Linux Mint for an operating system and Firefox for a web browser. Is this scanner compatible if I use "WINE" to assist with the interface?

Hi there! Yes, you can scan several documents or images and save them to the scanner's on-board memory or use a microSD card to expand the memory of your scanner, allowing you to save more onto one file.

Hope this helps, Happy Holidays!

Good morning! Yes, you can make changes to documents and images scanned using the software included. However, if you're saving your documents through the .pdf option, this may prevent you from making some changes as most .pdf files are protected.

Hope this helps. Happy Holidays!

Hello! Yes, there is a maximum of 6 scans for stitching photos, documents, or projects back together. Each scan needs at least a 2" overlap over the right side of the last scanned section. Depending on how big the project being scanned is you may be able to capture the whole piece.

Hope this helps. Happy Holidays!

Good morning! Pictures cannot be printed directly from the Pandigital scanner, however, images, documents, etc. can be saved onto your computer or a SDcard. Once your files are saved you are able to print them from any device that has access to a printer.

Hope this helps. Happy Holidays!

Hi there! Yes, photos can be saved onto a microSD card, however, this scanner includes on-board memory allowing you to scan directly to your scanner! Once your images are scanned to your scanner's on board memory or microSD card, you can then transfer these files directly to your Digital Photo Frame for viewing!

Hope this helps! Happy Holidays!

Good morning! Yes, your scanned photos can be saved to a flash drive through transferring the scanned images from your scanner to your computer. Once the images are saved onto your computer, you can now transfer them easily to your flash drive to easily view and share!

Hope this helps. Happy Holidays!
