As many of you know, as our loyal QVC Community members, QVC has provided Community Forums (previously Bulletin Boards) for many years, on which you are free to converse about a range of topics, both QVC and non-QVC related.
QVC has a set of “values” which are our guide in terms of the way we conduct business and treat one another, both customers and fellow employees. In addition, we have Community Standards that provide guidelines for behavior in our online Communities.
When we conducted a survey of Community members last year, one of the main concerns raised by the participants was that the QVC Community is not as pleasant and respectful a place to gather for conversations as it could be.
Based on that feedback, and consistent with our QVC culture, we will moderate very carefully to ensure comments meet our Community Standards. We expect our Community members to be respectful of others, be those people fellow Community members, QVC employees, hosts, or on-air guests.
If you have a suggestion regarding an improvement to our products, policies, or programming, we invite you to submit it to our Suggestion Box Forum and we will pass along your input. If you have an opinion or comment about one of our products, feel free to go to the product detail page to write a review. If you have specific concerns or need assistance from our Customer Services team, they may be reached by phone 1.800.367.9444 or email. Customer Services will be happy to pass your suggestions to our leadership team.
Our US based moderation team aims to ensure conversations in our QVC Community and Facebook page adhere to our standards and core company values. We are dedicated to making our Community the best place it can be for our customers and fans to gather and talk with one another.
