Shoot Like a Pro; Photography Made Easy — 2/2 Samsung TSV

I gotta tell you, the first thing I noticed about this Samsung “smart” Wi-Fi camera is how solid it feels. When you hold the camera in your hand, it feels like a quality camera. Take it from a pro like me: you want that feeling. You’ll also notice the Schneider lens. “Wow!” I said to myself. I realized two really high-end features, and I hadn’t even turned the darn thing on!

So I fire it up—it really is a "smart" camera. The wireless feature is no joke—you can take a picture and email it or send it to your social media sites. You may say to yourself, “My cell phone can do this…” Um, it may send a picture, but is that pic really good? Does it use a state-of-the-art chip to record your picture? Does it allow you to zoom into the subject with a professional-quality lens? Does it let you take a picture with 14 megapixels of resolution that allows you to blow up the image poster size? Are you tired of my rhetorical questions?

The difference is that this is a camera not pretending to be anything else but an awesome camera. Plus, it has the benefit of wireless connectivity. I could go on and on about how you can easily email and post videos on Facebook. There’s even an app you can download on your cell phone that lets your phone act as a viewfinder to focus the camera. This Samsung also has some of the coolest art filters I've ever seen on any point-and-shoot camera.

But I have to share my wife’s favorite feature of the camera. As I was going into a geeked-out euphoria over all of the features, my wife asked me a simple question, “Can this wireless camera take the pictures stored on my camera and transfer them to our computer so I don’t have to wait for you to do it for me?" "Yes, dear. It does that too," I replied. What a good reminder to keep it simple!
