If you’re considering picking up the Today’s Special Value® for 6/19, there are a few other products I suggest you check out, too. While not necessary to use with the HP TouchSmart desktop PC, they’ll certainly make your time with it even more enjoyable!

First up, there’s the Cisco Valet Wireless Router with Parental Controls (E166541). If you haven’t upgraded your home network in a while, there’s a good chance a new router could make a world of difference when it comes to surfing the web. Its Wireless-N technology will help you stay connected with ease, tapping your fancy new TouchSmart into the Internet so you can chat with friends, send emails, or access limitless information. Included parental controls add in some management options, giving you the ability to filter specific websites on different computers, making sure your children aren’t going where you don’t want them.

Even though the HP comes with a large hard drive, it’s still good to be extra safe with your precious files. For that, I’d recommend the HP 1TB portable hard drive (E166734). Beyond being conveniently portable (making it easy to bring it from room to room) it comes with software that helps keep your files backed up automatically. With 1TB of free space, you can fit thousands of songs, documents, and images, all with room to spare!

But if you’re interested in having hard copies of your documents and pictures, you’re going to need to print them out. For that, there’s the HP Photosmart All-in-One Printer (E166588). Beyond being extremely easy to use thanks to the 4.3” touchscreen, it prints up to 33ppm black and 32ppm color, giving your great pictures the resolution they deserve.

While the HP TouchSmart is an amazing  desktop, there’s always a chance that you’re looking for something more… portable. If so, I have one last suggestion: the HP 640GB 17.3" notebook with 6GB RAM and Blu-ray drive (E166560). This speedy computer doesn’t quite have all of the power of the TouchSmart, but its lithium-ion battery lets it go on the road with you, no matter where you go.
