As we age, it's only natural for the cellular turnover rate to slow down. Plus, the summer sun and heat can also take a toll on the skin, including the face. So, what better way to boost a skincare routine than with an at-home peel?
Sure, we can go to a day spa and have a peel professionally done and boy, getting pampered does feel wonderful. However, finding the time and the money is not always feasible. I may have gone once in the last five years.
Now with science and QVC, peels can be done in the privacy of our homes at a reasonable price in a short amount of time. I am really not loyal to any one brand of peels, as I am fortunate to have access to so many here. I get to experiment with most brands, as I am required to be knowledgeable about them, so I may present them to you, allowing you to then decide for yourself which is your best option.
Whatever you try, I strongly suggest introducing a peel into your skincare routine, especially if you are over the age of 30. Face it, our skin's not what it used to be, but we do have options for making it better.
Here's to beautiful skin!
Counting our blessings,
Mary Beth Roe
