Easy Brussel Sprouts

I’ve been testing recipes for roasted brussel sprouts. I wanted easy and delicious! I'm pretty sure it will have a place on my Easter menu, because it’s healthy, delicious, and adds some color to the table (it has to look good!). 

 

I hope you enjoy trying this one!

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 lb Bag of Brussel Sprouts
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 8 Cloves of Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • A Pinch of Dried Rosemary

 

Directions:

 

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Halve the brussel sprouts and garlic cloves; and chop the onion. Then toss together with olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary. 

 

 

 

Lay the mixture on a sheet pan and place in the oven for 35-40 minutes. 
Be sure to keep an eye on them in the last five minutes so they don’t burn. 

 

 

 

Voila!! Easy, healthy, and delicious!!
