Feel the Love of the bareMinerals TSV Collection

Started 1366034338.373 in Beauty Banter, bareMinerals, TSV Talk | Last reply 1380559250.46 by classic plus

Let's do some math. bareMinerals has been on QVC for just about 16 years and since then we have been introducing bareMinerals to millions of women all around the world and we have created many collections, but rarely do we do something like this.

bareMinerals Feel the Love 7-piece collection is genius.

bareMinerals Feel the Love 7-piece Collection

Here are just a few reasons why:

All-Star Multi-tasking Bisque
Our QVC customers have made this product a worldwide best-seller. Our original crushed bareMinerals concealer is super creamy, blends flawlessly and hides it ALL. I think we have sold a gazillion just on QVC. We all love love love it.

Out of the Gate Success Story - READY Foundation
Tap and Buff this hydrating formula onto skin for undetectable coverage. Women are SO passionate about this formula for the no makeup look and feel. You need to see why it is the most talked about new launch in years. It is already an award-winner...you just need to try it if you haven't yet.

Where have you been all my life - Stroke of Light Eye Brightener
This magic wand will change your life. More than brightens the eye area, it makes you look and feel like you did years ago. I'm serious.

The Magical Glow - READY Blush & Luminizer Duo
These colors are stunning. They remind me of the perfect bride. So, we'll all look a little more feminine and romantic this season.

Marvelous Moxie Lipgloss
Your skin looks so good, we needed a "wow" shade for your lips. Introducing Starlet, the perfect pink for spring.

And finally these brushes that I predict will be all-time favorites. Wait till you see the ingenuity. The secret here is that you are actually getting four new brushes because two are tucked inside the handles. So clever!

I think Feel the Love is one of the best collections we have ever done—in one box you will experience our latest technology...and our pride and joy. I can't wait for you to discover this new gem!!

XOX,

Leslie

Morning, Leslie!

Have been using your product since Fall 2012. Really like the powder foundation products vs the liquid other-name stuff I was using. Suggestion: I like the way the concealer is packaged with the turn lock system. Keeps the powder and container nice and clean which is so helpful when travelliing vs having it all over the place. I would be nice to have the same system for the powder foundation and your other powder products.

Also have purchased the all over body cream. I like the results it produces but the "smell" puts me off a bit. Any thoughts on making it odor-free scent?

I enjoy your presentations and looking forward to Saturday's (04.20.13) presentations.

Thanks for listening!

Are there any pics of future deliveries in the AD program? Excited for this TSV. Can't wait for an all ready tsv!!! Ive been using bareMinerals or bare escentuals since I was in my early teens, Im now 30. Happy I can still shop the brand at QVC. Im also excited that ready is paler than the original and matte formulas, they were always too dark on me. Please consider making matte in paler shades, if possible. Also consider reformulating the original as an ingredient makes my face itchy, I do not remember that being the case until the past five or so years. Wish I saw more of you, I like Jessica, but I miss seeing you all the time!

Hello!
Was wondering what are the specific corresponding shades in Stoke of Light and the Concealer for the Fairly Light Kit and for the Medium Beige Kit? Reason I'm asking is I need to go to Med. Beige in the ready foundation because the ready foundation reads lighter on the skin, but do not want to go darker than orig bisque or fair in Stroke of Light.
Thanks!

Hey Leslie and Jessica I recently found this new mascara where you put fibers on your lashes and then mascara and it really pumpes up your lashes ad looks great! Is Bare Minerals coming out with something like this soon? I'd rather buy your products than theirs. Thanks Jennie

Hi Leslie! Love the new "Ready" line, makes travel much easier. I've been using the neck cream ever since it was sold in the "lab" sample container. Buxom products are my life. Just one thing I MISS SO MUCH... the "POOF!" lip gloss. Any chance that the "POOF!" will come back???

So excited then so bummed. I went to BE boutique to be color matched for the TSV since your color in Ready will be different from original BE. However, the TSV does NOT have the color they matched to my skin tone. Why is that???

I have been looking for the liquid for the eyes that you would mix, eye shadow in the little plastic container (4) slots. so its tear poof, water proof . Did you discontinue it??

Hi, I use the ready foundation with spf 20 and the precison brush in shade tan and I love it. My main concern is your concealer/ stoke of light brightner , what shade should I use?

Went to ulta to get it and the lady told me not to buff and tap!! She said to use long strokes when putting on it. Is this true?? Also I want a blush in the ready compact, but I prefer a peach color not pink, can you suggest a few colors to go with.

Leslie,

Before my question, I have to say that I've loved the 2 opportunities I had to meet you at the NYC new store opening years ago and then at the evening event in D.C. - you are as wonderful in person as you are on TV. Thanks for bringing us such great products! And thanks for the autodelivery option for this new TSV - brilliant!

For the new TSV - which color foundations come with the summer bisque - and which shade(s) of Stroke of Light?

For anyone reading this who hasn't tried Stroke of Light - I'm loving mine - I use it as the final step in my make up and it's been a wonderful addition!

Thanks!

I really like the new Ready Foundation & would order the TSV but the color I use, fairly medium, is not being offered. Why is that?

Not interested in this one. I have tried the Ready foundation, blush, and eye shadows. Ready formula is AWFUL. I'm really disappointed, because as much as I despise ready is how much I love the original formulations. My BE spending has been dramatically cut, because most of the recent kits include Ready, and I refuse to buy any more of, even if I like the other items in the kit. Will watch for other better original products this weekend.

I have the TSV for a month now already from the Q Insider. It is an awesome collection, and I love the blush/lumanizer. The foundation is the best and I went up from Fairly Light loose minerals to Golden Fair Ready. I love the coverage of the Ready foundation. Love the whole kit!!

Thanks Leslie and I will miss you terribly on the Q, but I am excited for you in all your endeavors. God Bless!! Smile

BE changed my skin-had heard all the testimonials about how great it was for skin problems and rosacea, so I thought I would try it for my rosacea and saw wonderful results-even told my dermatologist the changes were due to BE. I, unfortunately, am with Lone Star above-I noticed breakouts with the ready formulations and cannot use it. Moxie I could never take because it makes my mouth feel and smell like the bad side of a dental appointment. Please make more TSVs with the old formulations, or at least the kits with them and please don't use Moxie products in the bigger kits. I haven't bought a kit since the first one with the ready formula fiasco, and bought them all before that.

Can you describe the difference in shades for the ready foundation compared to the loose foundation? I wear the light in the loose powder, but it did not seem the same color in the Ready at Sephora. Thanks!!

Hi Leslie & Jessica,

Saturday will be bittersweet. I will miss seeing Leslie so much, but Jessica will do great.

My question has to do with eyeshadow fallout. So many of the sparkly colors that I like leave a lot of fallout. Any suggestions on how to clean that up? I know it is recommended to put shadows on first, then do the rest of my routine, but I have done eyes last for as long as I can remember and it's hard to get an old dog to do new tricks.

And speaking of dogs, I think now would be a good time to adopt a shelter dog, Leslie! {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

Enjoy your sabbatical... I can't wait to see what's next for you. You are loved! {#emotions_dlg.wub}

I normally wear light in the matte foundation, should I go up one shade, medium beige in the ready foundation?

Hi K in AZ,

The medium beige Feel the Love TSV includes Summer Bisque and Luminous Beige Stroke of Light. Here's the thing- I use Fairly Light Original and Medium Beige Ready, but I switch between bisque and summer bisque. Give it a try, summer bisque isn't necessarily darker, it is just warmer in tone. :)

You can find the shade breakdown chart on the TSV Product page.

Thanks for your question!

I am excited to purchase this TSV but have heard that the Ready Foundation shades are a bit different. I wear Medium in the Original and Matte. What should I order for the TSV? Thanks in advance for a response!

I see that a chart is posted on the TSV page that breaks down which Stroke of Light an which Bisque comes with each color Ready foundation. Thank you for posting that!! :)

I am Fairly Light in orig foundation, normally use Fair in the Stoke of Light, and original Bisque. I need to go into Med. Beige in the ready. I'm concerned that the corresponding Stoke of Light and Bisque will be too dark - or are they really forgiving will be ok? Help!

~~Updated: Thanks for answering my original post Jessica. I was typing this up as you were posting your response. I will go ahead and order the Med. Bisque and give it a try. Thanks,
Karen
