Hello, lovelies!

In my imagination, every time you open a package from Josie Maran Cosmetics, I pop out of the box like a genie, ready to give you a big hug and an even bigger smile. That's the kind of connection I feel with you, my Argan beauties. In the real world, I need to find other ways to let you see who I am and what I'm about, so I've made this video. We shot it at my farmhouse in Pennsylvania, a few miles from the QVC studio—my home away from home. When we first rented the farm, we thought it would be for brief stays, but thanks to you, I'm doing lots of shows on QVC, so I've actually been spending more time there than I do in Los Angeles. My younger daughter, Indi Joon, was born in the garden there and my husband, my two daughters, my parents, and extended family members have spent some amazing holidays there. It's become a beautiful part of our family's life, watching the corn grow and the snow fall and the dirt road turn to mud. The only sad part for me is that I miss my JMC family in Hollywood. My dream was to run a business with people I love, and to run it in a way that puts love front and center, and I'm thrilled to say that's exactly what happened. We have 50 people at our office now, and we genuinely love each other—in part because we all believe so strongly in the company's motto: luxury with a conscience. I hope you enjoy the video!
