If you want to leave the cleansing conditioner overnight, do you cleanse, rinse and leave the second cleanse until next day? or cleanse, rinse repeat and add cc again?

I know if Chaz has three Labradors he has used it on them. I used it on mine, no soap in WEN! Would you PLEASE make a dog Shampoo so My Lab, Great Pyranese and English Mastiff can look as Fab as ME?

Can you make the brushes in smaller version for those of us who have very short hair? Those nice round brushes are way too big for me.

Really, there isnt a wrong answer depending on how often you cleanse..if you feel it needs a thorough cleanse, maybe it has been a few days, do the cleanse rinse and repeat then apply the WEN as a treatment. The purpose of cleanse rinse repeat is so remove any dirt oils or product, now you have a clean base to fully absorb the nourishing ingredients and they can penetrate thoroughly.

Two questions about Wen:

I've been using Wen for 2 years, my hair is thick and wavy, color treated. I read a post with from another Wen girl where she said her hair gets oily within 48 hours - me too! I've used cucumber aloe and it didn't seem to make a difference but I will try again...The response from Chaz was to use the replenishing treatment to help refreshen the hair on 2nd and 3rd day. Is there a particular replenishing treatment to use? I use it, spray it in and gently massage in to hair. Should massage it into my scalp?

2nd question - 6 weeks after I started using Wen, I got a brazilan blowout (Cadiveu keratin product) and my hair was silky smooth for literally 8 months after. I credit Wen for prolonging it! I got another cadiveu brazilian 5 weeks ago and it didn't take. I had my stylist re-do it because I know it works beautifully in my hair. I've had the brazilian re-do for 4 weeks and it isn't responding well, I'm not getting the silkly smooth hair like 2 years ago. My hairdresser believes it is because of my use of the Wen products. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Thanks Wen team!

Let me address the first question: First of all, please make sure you are using the correct amount of WEN to properly cleanse your hair. This is extremey important and when customers say they are oily or greasey, it typically means they need to make sure they are using enough WEN.

We recommend that you always cleanse, rinse and repeat. Take the correct amount of WEN for your hair type, length & texture, divide those pumps in 1/2, then cleanse once, rinse it out and cleanse again. First time you get out the dirt, oils and any build up-product then you have a clean base so the WEN can thoroughly penetrate and be absorbed into the hair follicle and scalp during the 2nd cleanse. Always massage the WEN thoroughly into the hair, comb or rake through with your fingers. Rinse completely and thoroughly and dont forget to add about a pump back in as a leave in...adjust the amount to 1/2 a pump-give or take to find the perfect amount for you. I hope this helps!! Any further questions please let us know at Chaz Dean's customer service.

Please contact the customer service for information regarding WEN & straightening your hair.

Started using Wen in October and have been shampoo free ever since. I even brought my FGP to my last hair appointment. I have been considering the 613.Today I received the 5 seasonals, have also tried the lavender, and the fig. Dont like the fig because it reminds me of robitussin. But LOVE all the other scents so far. Also have the lavender styling cream, the pumpkin oil, lavender volumizing spray, the sweet almond mint mousse and one of his medium brushes.....So as you can see I am loving all his products. My question is, it seems there have been quite a few people who feel their hair got a bit dry on 613. Then again I have heard others LOVE it but do not use just that, they seem to mix it with other CC's. I have been told by my stylist that too much protein and amino acids can be drying and even damage the hair if use for long periods of time. Should the 613 be used only for a short time? Then switch to one of the other CC's? Also what does it smell like? Want to try this but so confused. Thanks!!!!!!

I personally love the 613 and do not have found it to be drying..but each formulations can vary from one person to the other so its great there are many options in using WEN. Try the 613 alone and see the results on your hair personally. You definitely can mix it with other formulas, use the 613 as an extra deep cleansing conditioner, maybe only as the leave in, or use it for your first cleanse and another favorite for the 2nd cleanse. Find what works best for you!! It smells delicious, a clean, light blend of lemon, rosemary & vanilla bean. Let us know what you think!

Thanks!!!!!!! I am so excited to try it! Last night after watching Chaz on qvc i MISTED MY RESCUE PUP (1/2 Lab 1/2 Mastiff) with FGP replenishing mist. she loved it. LOL I think too much she began licking herself!!!!

Avid Wen and BE user! Thick long chocolate curly hair with golden highlights. Hazel eyes, somewhat fair skin.
