Started using Wen in October and have been shampoo free ever since. I even brought my FGP to my last hair appointment. I have been considering the 613.Today I received the 5 seasonals, have also tried the lavender, and the fig. Dont like the fig because it reminds me of robitussin. But LOVE all the other scents so far. Also have the lavender styling cream, the pumpkin oil, lavender volumizing spray, the sweet almond mint mousse and one of his medium brushes.....So as you can see I am loving all his products. My question is, it seems there have been quite a few people who feel their hair got a bit dry on 613. Then again I have heard others LOVE it but do not use just that, they seem to mix it with other CC's. I have been told by my stylist that too much protein and amino acids can be drying and even damage the hair if use for long periods of time. Should the 613 be used only for a short time? Then switch to one of the other CC's? Also what does it smell like? Want to try this but so confused. Thanks!!!!!!

Avid Wen and BE user! Thick long auburn curly hair with copper highlights. Hazel eyes, somewhat fair skin.

Just wanted to say Thank You to Chaz and the WEN team for always giving us amazing TSVs! Summer mango coconut is my favorite WEN and I am sad to see it go but I am also excited to see what new seasonals Chaz thinks up. Keep up the great work!

Greetings from VT - December and no snow?!

I used to use WEN fig - but since diagnosed with celiac disease can't use that anymore. Tried the Pomergranate and was nice, but not so moisturizing. The pumpkin seemed more moisturizing - but you don't make that now.

Is the Winter Vanilla Mint a more moisturizing WEN? Please consider more moisture intensive WENs for folks like me with allergies. So glad some of the WEN products are wheat/gluten free - my hair thanks you! This summer my hair was so frizzy until I went back to WEN.

Thank you :)

The TSV Seasonal Conditioners - are they wheat/gluten free?? I know we don't eat shampoo, but it does smell delicious - the wheat and gluten will cause a painful skin reaction for me {#emotions_dlg.sad} May the blessings of the season be upon you.

Thank you for your time.

Hi Chaz,

I have a question regarding the re-moist and oils, I want to know if i can combine the two and benefit :

Is it OK to apply the re-moist as directed ,and once my scalp has dried , the oils just to the scalp massage for 5 min and leave it in for a combined treatment? Or is it better to use each treatment alone?

Thank you Smile

Monica

Hi Joan/Chaz. I'm wondering where Chaz gets his inspiration for the seasonal scents, and if he would give us a hint what the new seasonals may be. Thanks!

Shiny medium brown hair, reaching towards my shoulders.

Hello Joanne, now that QVC is stopping their service to Canada, will Chaz consider offering some kits and deals on his website? It's going to be devastating to us Canadian Wen Divas to be missing out on the goodies he brings to QVC. We love our Wen!

Hello Johanne!!

I recently joined the Wen bandwagon late October of this year. I was deeply sadden to hear that QVC would stop shipping to Canada ( I'm Canadian). What other alternative is there to order your products at a price similar to QVC? What other option are there for your fellow Canadian who want to keep being Wen girls but are on a budget? Thanks

Hi Joanne!!!

Thank you & Chaz for #1- a great TSV & #2- my WEN hair!!

My question is once a WEN Angel gets her hair in great condition- how often should she do an Oil or Remoist treatment to maintain the super healthy hair!!

Happy Holidays & many Blessings to you, Chaz, Copper & the entire Team WEN!

Hi.... I have a question about the number of pumps. If the directions suggest 16 pumps... does that refer to the pump size of the 16 oz bottle or the 32 oz? If it is the 16oz, how do I adjust for the 32 oz pump? Thanks!

When are you coming out with your dog line? Also, please sell the voluminizing treatment spray separately. I use it as a hair spray.

Suggestion: Could Chaz please make the styling creme neutral scent - for example - if we bought the WVM oil - we could put a drop or two of the oil into the neutral scent styling creme and we could have a matching styling creme -which we could determine how heavily scented we wanted our styling product??

I'd love to see Chaz offer a sort-of dry shampoo, if you will, for us to use between cleanses. I know we have the RTM, which I love, but a sprinkle of dry shampoo at the roots would help someone like me (fine hair, tendancy to be oily at the scalp) go even longer between cleanses. Plus I think it would add some volume to the root area. Smile

I have been using WEN for over a year (mainly Pomegranate and Sweet Almond & sometimes Tea Tree). I have lots of hair--pony tail the size of a quarter. It's never been colored, and I no longer blow dry since using WEN. Even before WEN I had an oily scalp. With that said, my scalp still gets very oily 48 hours after cleansing. The dirtier my hair, the more hair I lose in the shower during cleansing. Which WEN product should I be using? Should I be trying a supplement product beyond the cleanser? I want to extend my gorgeous hair beyond cleansing every other day. HELP!

A bit confused..will I get all at once? Or throughout the year as they become available?

How do you use WEN on white hair. Normally you have to use a toning blue shampoo to keep the color white. Will WEN keep my white hair color and is there a better WEN product to use on white hair

We do recommend the Tea Tree but please keep in mind, you may love one formula and another person may prefer something different. My step mom uses Fig and she is all white. You may need to continue the use of your toning blue shampoo but over all, the WEN will not strip your color.

I personally love the 613 and do not have found it to be drying..but each formulations can vary from one person to the other so its great there are many options in using WEN. Try the 613 alone and see the results on your hair personally. You definitely can mix it with other formulas, use the 613 as an extra deep cleansing conditioner, maybe only as the leave in, or use it for your first cleanse and another favorite for the 2nd cleanse. Find what works best for you!! It smells delicious, a clean, light blend of lemon, rosemary & vanilla bean. Let us know what you think!

HI

I have been watching the presentation for years still a little sceptical about trying !

Chaz always has the long haired curly fluffy big roller hair models on. I wear my hair in slightly shoulder length straight bob type style right now... how will your product work on straight hair ??? I pull it back in a pony tail for work almost everyday ? what will the product do in my hair if its pulled back and then I take it out of the pony tail ?

It seems there is more to this than what is shown in the presentations

thanks

Mic
