The holiday season is here…can you believe it? Each year, we kick off our bareMinerals holiday season at QVC with a spectacular collection only for the Q. We’ve really outdone ourselves this year with Shades of Decadence, a 15-piece collection that includes 9 full-size bareMinerals eye colors and 6 "mini" (that aren't so mini) lip glosses. The entire collection comes in a gorgeous gold box, which makes it extra decadent. Oh, and one of its best parts? When Jane and I got together to talk about this beautiful set, we were like two little kids looking through all the rich, sultry shades. So, here’s the inside scoop and why I haven’t been able to put these luscious colors down since I got my hands on them.

The nine eye colors in this collection include an array of tones and textures. Three of the colors are brand NEW for this kit, and the other six shades are extremely hard to find. Here are some fun ideas for these nine beauties:

• Aglow and Brave are perfect brow-bone highlighters and sheer, base tones. TIP: Use Brave to add a warm, golden glow to any eye color.


• Splendid, Rose Gold, Gilt (new!), and Wink are unique, all-over lid shades that are perfect on their own or as great anchor colors for creating unique looks. FYI: Splendid is one of my all-time favorite colors. It's a rich, metallic, bronze tone with depth. One swipe on your lower lid and you’ll see what I mean! TIP: Use Rose Gold on your cheeks for a wash of luminizing color. Gorgeous!


• Cypress (new!), Atomic Plume (new!), and Glitz are your range of contour colors, or great shades to use as liner along your upper and lower lash lines. TIP: Play around with Cypress as much as possible. It's unexpected, ultra rich, and perfect for the holiday season!

And for your lips, we’ve got you covered with six lip glosses that'll give you all the shine, shimmer, color, and hydration you want for any occasion: three brand-new Marvelous Moxies and three hard-to-find shades of our natural lip glosses. Wear them alone, or mix and blend them for your own lip creations. Remember, when your eyes are super smoky, keep your lip lighter, and when your eyes are simple, go bold on your lips!
