Hello friends and fans,

What a whirlwind these last few weeks have been. Thank you all so much for tuning in to The Lisa Robertson Show on August 3, and even more for purchasing Re-Start Skin Serum. I worked so hard to get ReVitalistic Skincare ready to launch and I had a wonderful time on Lisa’s show sharing all the details. The best news? I'll be back on August 18 at 8am ET for the AM Style Beauty segment to share more details about ReVitalistic Skincare and I'm very excited.

Had an amazing time with Lisa & am thrilled to share ReVitalistic Skincare with all of you.

The days leading up to my ReVitalistic Skincare launch were almost as busy as planning the debut show itself…

First, I was invited onto LIVE! with Kelly to chat about the QVC debut and the upcoming fall premiere of my new show, 666 Park Avenue. I had such a blast, but then again with Kelly Ripa, it's hard not to have a great time. Her bubbly personality makes everyone feel at ease on set and she cracks me up.

Josh Elliot and Lara Spencer also welcomed me to ABC’s new afternoon talk show, Good Afternoon America. They were so sweet and, being on camera all the time, they truly understand the impact high-definition television has on skin. I was even able to give everyone in the GAA audience a sample of my Re-Start Skin Serum. I can't wait to hear what they think.

Josh and Lara also featured my tweets and some of my fans’ tweets in what they called “Twitterpiece Theater.” It was hilarious and I guarantee it'll make you smile. Click here to see what I mean.

The thing that's so wonderful about the QVC experience is the feedback I receive from your questions, reviews, and suggestions. Your opinions are very important to me. Expatgal, thanks for the well wishes. I totally get where you're coming from. I've tried many skin-care products and have had a variety of results…just never the ones I wanted. Great question about the “try-me” kit and, as it happens, perfect timing. The next product I'll be bringing you is my ReVitalistic Skincare Discovery Kit, which will be available on QVC.com in the next few weeks. Watch for it.

Additionally, I've heard that a few of you are having an issue with the pump of my Re-Start Skin Serum and you're not able to control the distribution or get it out of the pump satisfactorily.

Here’s a tip: the pump was designed to prevent serum from accidentally being pumped before you're ready to apply it. In order to use it correctly, the top has to be turned until you hear a click. The click means it's ready and primed for delivery. If you pump it before the top is in position (before you hear the click), it'll be difficult to use and control. To the few of you who've reported difficulty with the pump, try it again, but this time make sure the top is turned all the way until you hear it click.

Overall, I'm overwhelmed by the positive reviews from everyone on QVC.com and I can't thank you enough. Here's one I thought was particularly sweet from a QVC customer who has already tried out the serum.
