Inspired Style is Almost Here- A Video From a Style Expert & Some Updates

Hi Ladies! Sorry I haven't written in awhile but I must confess I am having the busiest summer ever.  A lot of it had to do with the move, some of it is the four weddings I have been invited to and the four showers that precede them, but most of it all comes from my very exciting, oh so happy I could scream, Inspired Style show.  So yes that means all the busy comes from a very good thing!

It is exactly a month away from the debut of the big show so along with the butterflies in my stomach I'm also getting more and more prepared.  We've been working hard to make sure Inspired Style is a show you will enjoy so we started months ago and now the tiny details are falling into place.  One detail that I need your help on is your involvement in the show.  Inspired Style is all about women inspiring and being inspired by other women's outfits. So I would love to see your awesome sense of style.  I want to see that Friday night all dressed up outfit, a work uniform with your own personal twist, or maybe your favorite go to outfit for any occasion.  Regardless the event I want to see your style.  The plan is to put outfits together based off of what I see others wearing and to see how others are wearing the same things I do. We are even going to show these pictures on air!

The best way for me to check out your outfits is on my Facebook page.  I put together with the help of my new friend Taylor ( founder of The Glitter Guide) a how to on taking pics with your phone of your outfit.  They are simple tips but will make you look like a pro and will allow us all to wonder in your smashing outfit.  Hope you find the video helpful and hope you starting posting your pics to my Facebook page. You can also share photos right on the Community by clicking here. Can't wait to see them!

Thanks for your help and thanks for all your support around my new show.  Inspired Style won't disappoint, I promise. Oh, and I haven't forgotten that I owe you a fun blog with more personal details.  I have to tell you how Steve planted a hydrangea bush and it died the next week. I have to tell you how my niece Abby who is 6 wrote down all the words to Call Me Maybe and mailed them to me because we both like that song.  I also have to tell you about my new love for Baklava, my new shoes that I'm waiting to arrive, our new dining room furniture (thank you 4 years no interest), and my new makeup discovery. So much to write, so little time. True Blood is on the DVR and I've got a thing for Bill and Eric so I'll leave you with that.

You girls are the best!
