Spring Cleaning Your Skin

by on ‎04-12-2012 02:48 PM

Yes indeed, we all need it. During the winter months, as a result of dry, cold weather, and dry indoor heat, our skin's natural exfoliation process can turn even more sluggish. If you find your skin looking duller, pale, and lifeless; if you find clogged pores around the nose; you find your skin feeling drier and looking aged; you need a good, deep exfoliation. Especially if you feel that your skin care has reached a plateau and your skin is no longer improving, a good exfoliation can take your skin care to the next level and give you some striking results.

Exfoliation is the quickest, easiest way to see clearly visible improvements in your skin, so it would be a shame to miss out on it.

My daily go-to product for exfoliation is my Advanced Facial Firming Pads. I truly never missed a day of these pads since I first made them about 15 years ago. The pad exfoliates away dead, old skin cells, cleans my pores, improves the look of pores and firmness of skin, evens out skin tone, softens the look of lines and wrinkles, and gives the appearance of clarity and radiance back to my skin. I spend about a minute wiping my face every night. It is the most rewarding one minute you will spend on your skin care.

Once or twice a week I treat myself to my Firming Facial Light Resurfacing Peel popularly known as the Orange Peel because it's scented with oranges. It's so nice to take eight minutes out of my crazy day, focus on the fresh scent of oranges, and let this highly sophisticated triple-acid face peel work its magic on my face. The results are visible and it only gets better with time. It evens out skin tone, reduces the look of pores, deep cleans pores, helps to bring brightness and clarity back to skin, and improves the look of firmness over time. This peel was my number-one most popular lunchtime peel in my medical office and personally I cannot be without it.

Now, if you are really serious about your skin and want to go the high-tech route, take a look at my SkinScience Clinical Resurfacing System. This is a resurfacing device similar to what you find in doctors’ offices. It can revolutionize your current skin care and take it to the next level. It will amplify the effectiveness of your current skin care.

This is a two-phase resurfacing process. Diamond-tip polishes exfoliate dead, old, gray skin cells. At the same time, a gentle vacuum sweeps dead skin cells away revealing fresh skin cells. The vacuuming phase is extremely beneficial to your skin.

Research results (from a consumer study on 10 subjects):

100% of consumer subjects reported forehead wrinkles were dramatically softer.

100% of consumer subjects reported crow's-feet and wrinkles around eyes appeared dramatically reduced.

100% of consumer subjects reported wrinkles around lips and expression lines around mouth appeared reduced.

100% of consumer subjects reported skin appeared more firm; lines and wrinkles appeared visibly reduced; and skin appeared brighter, more clear, and luminous.
