Please join me June 24 and 25. I am so happy that it is finally summer. We had a long, cold winter here in Vermont and a rainy wet spring, but the rain has brought our gardens to life in a spectacular way.  My backyard has turned into a fern forest!! I have not appeared on QVC since January!! That interim gave me time to design new pieces for you. Lots of stones and lots of drama. A limited edition necklace is one of my favorites.  Some of you spotted it on my Facebook page because it was available in the UK and you requested that I bring it here so here you are! Started by Dominique Dinouart in Jewelry Talk, Hosts & Personalities 1394488187.527

Is everybody warm?  This is a winter to remember!  We are still buried in snow and ice (in Vermont).  In spite of the cold, it is radiantly beautiful and the trees are sparkling. Since I will not be on air for quite a while, I thought I would share some of my new designs with you.  These are all available on the Dominique Dinouart Designs page, even though they have not appeared on air.  It is fun having the time to create new pieces for this extended assortment selection.  Let me know what you think! Happy Holidays!!  I would like to take this opportunity to thank each of you for sharing some of your time with me. I always look forward to my next show and can’t wait for your calls and your feedback. I will not be with you again until January 16 for my next Taxco Traditions show so that gives me a bit of time to enjoy the holidays with my family. It is a winter wonderland here in Vermont and I am looking forward to snow shoeing when the weather warms up a bit. I hope it will help burn off some of those holiday calories I was recently at QVC UK for a you tube interview conducted ... Continue Reading

It was so much fun having you all decide what new stone to use for my popular ring (J31081). The poll was a great success! The ring with this new stone, along with all the other favorites, will be on my Taxco Traditions by Dominique Dinouart show August 15th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM with Antonella, yippee!. I loved receiving  all your input and comments. Let’s do it again! Any particular stone that you would like to see in any particular design? Let  me know! I am bringing you many new designs including a signed limited edition collar – like a silver ribbon around yo... Continue Reading

I Love Summertime!!!

Started by Dominique Dinouart in Jewelry Talk, Hosts & Personalities 1371242460.067

My flower garden and perennial herb gardens are thriving.  The hummingbirds are loving the honeysuckle, the brook is raging, and the lake is calm.  What more can a Summer bring? I just bought myself a birthday present of a water trampoline for our lake retreat where the family enjoys spending time together.  It was sort of a bribe to encourage my grandkids to learn how to swim, and it worked! Going to our cottage (only about one half hour from home) gives me the tranquility and peace to calmly design and be surrounded by water (no surprise there considering that water is o... I have recently returned from an incredible trip to India.  You might be wondering why India since my jewelry is made in Mexico.  The reason is STONES!  I found so many new stones in vibrant colors (I will have some surprises for you in my upcoming shows).  India is all about color, and it permeates all your senses.  A photographer's dream come true!  Visiting India is truly a life altering experience. Some of you have commented that you were upset that I discontinued one of my Customer Top Rated rings, J31081.  Far from it!!!  I have dropped a few st... Continue Reading

Do you want to see the silversmiths who make your pieces?

Last Reply by Catmomof7 1362770947.557 | Started by Dominique Dinouart in Jewelry Talk, Hosts & Personalities

I have just returned from Taxco, Mexico (just in time for the deep freeze), where I met with all my silversmiths to discuss and receive the new designs that I have been working on for my next few shows.  I thought you might like to see the craftspeople who are responsible for the high quality of the pieces you have from Taxco Traditions. My Taxco Team Donaciano and Gloria:  Two very talented silversmiths.  You hear me speak of them often. Don Joaquin Beltran and his son-in-law Azael.  Don Joaquin has been working with me for over 20 years. I would like to delve a ... Continue Reading

Happy New Year!  I am very excited to be starting the New Year with a QVC show on January 17th from 1-3PM.  I have spent much time since my last show designing new pieces for you, and have tried to take into consideration your comments and reviews.  Here is a sneak peek of some of my new items: In response to your desire for heavier pieces, I am bringing you a twisted tubular collar and matching bracelet.  The hammering is done completely by hand, as is all of the hammering on my items.  The perpetual running water theme is in evident in these pieces. Since so many... Continue Reading
