I’m loving my new line of big shirts I’m calling Shirt Tales! The women's big shirt has come a long way from it’s humble beginnings and I wanted my Shirt Tales to embody this style's great history!

There was a time in the early 20th century when women wouldn’t dare be seen in public wearing anything but a beautiful dress. However, Coco Chanel and the rise of the film industry changed everything and broadened the women’s fashion scene! Then as the century progressed and America fell on hard times we saw ... This week Rich and I had the opportunity to sneak away for a few days to sunny California. Although it was only three days, it was totally glorious and well worth the trip!
If you haven't heard, my daughter Jaclyn recently moved to California. We immediately booked our flights to checkout her new neighborhood and spend valuable time together.
Of course the moment I arrived, I was anxious to check out the new fashion designs at Fred Siegel. Jaclyn and I both adore that store! Next, we checked out all the boutiques and yummy places to eat.
The beaches were spectacular and we walk... Continue Reading

From my shows on QVC, designing, meetings, errands and everything in between; it’s hard for me to find alone time to gather my thoughts and be at peace. That’s why we must cherish those moments when we do have that time. This past week both Richie and I were in the house talking and realized we both had nothing to do! So we decided to take Pebbles for a walk in a local nature preserve close to home. It was so refreshing to be outdoors in the peace and quiet. Alone, with no distractions, Richie and I got to lazily stroll down a winding path through the woods while Pebbles enj... Continue Reading

After graduating college I knew I wanted to enter the fashion industry. With hard work and many interviews I landed my first job in the industry. I joined a fast growing manufacturer where I learned merchandising, design, and marketing. It was a fantastic company and after close to 10 years of "on the job" training, I ventured into my own business where I designed, manufactured, and marketed my own product under my name. "Susan Graver" became a great success in every major department store and catalog. Then one day QVC walked into my showroom... Well, the rest is history!

Summer is in full swing and it's my favorite time of the year! I adore taking long walks in the park and collecting shells on the beach. Since I don't care to wear a bathing suit or shorts, I'm enjoying the ease and comfort of my newest obsession... My one piece romper dress! It's casual enough to wear to the beach or take walks in the park, yet dressy enough to wear out to dinner. Yesterday I went to a beautiful park with Pebbles and walked for hours in the hot summer sun. I was cool, comfortable, and felt confident bending over and sitting on the ground to play with Pebbles! Dinner w... Continue Reading

In preparation for my nautical show, Richie and I decided to go sailing! I wore my new nautical tops and Pebbles her cute new life jacket... It was a beautiful day! We first stopped at a local deli in town and picked up sandwiches chips and cookies for the sail. After arriving at the boat, we settled in, Richie raised the sails and we were off into the Long Island Sound! We had lots of wind. The boat heeled over to one side and back again as we cut through the waves. I laid out on the deck while Richie did most of the work. I try and help when I can :). The sun was shining, wind was ... One side of my family lives in the Northeast and the other lives on the West Coast. My oldest son went to college/lived in the South, my middle son went to college/lived in the Northeast, and my daughter went to college/lived in the Midwest. Close family and friends have expanded and moved all across the country. I love traveling through the states, taking in the amazing sights but more importantly meeting the amazing people. Each state has it's own identity and culture and we should be proud of our home states. Can you guess my home state? Vote Below!

Choosing a favorite food was so much more difficult then I would have thought! From childhood favorites to best homemade meals, sweet, savory and everything in between; a favorite food says a lot about your personality, your culture and background. Although I love a good meal, I love even more sharing it with people I care about.

While thinking about adding a new puppy to our family, we wanted a small-medium sized dog that was not overly active. We hoped for a puppy with a good temperament, loyal, and obedient. Little did we know we would come home with a beautiful corgi! She was only eight weeks old, full of curiosity and ready to explore! Our house instantly came alive with love and happiness as her cute little tail wagged throughout the day. Our corgi puppy has brought so much joy into our lives. You've seen her on TV and all over my Facebook page but do you know her what name is?

Mother's Day was a very sad day for me.
Tuesday night my mother-in-law and design partner, Audrey Graver suffered a massive stroke. Richie and I spent 12 hours with her in the emergency room with our entire family by her side. After she was admitted to Intensive Care, I left her bedside to come to QVC to share my Today's Special Value.
For me, it was extremely hard being on air during a time when a loved one of mine was in such distress. I felt disconnected. You may have noticed I wasn't myself. I found it hard to speak from my heart because my heart was breaking.
I returned back to Audrey'... Continue Reading
