I firmly believe you DO NOT have to be a perfect size "whatever" or shape to be Healthy or Fit. It's all about feeling good and having the energy and flexibility to do the things you LOVE... get on the floor with your kids, take a long walk, work in the garden. Those have become terms of endearment around my house as my husband is a little over 6'5". (His dad was 6'9") Needless to say we have to "super size" everything around the house.
