All of us at the Q want to express our sincere appreciation to everyone who helped us celebrate our 22nd birthday on November 24th. We realize the tremendous participation for our “22 on 22 Sweepstakes” meant a grand turnout for our birthday. At the same time, a number of you did not have a good experience, and I apologize for that.

well i have a question!! why is it so hard to find out who sings the "home" jingle you have for the commercial- holidays on the q??? there are plenty of people on the threads wanting to know the details of who the singer is and where can we get this song if possible! but know one seems to be able to help or want to help meaning the customer service?? can you help? thank-you
I have contact customer service and could not get any help so I am trying you. I would like to knoow what the product number for the necklace on the model on the RLM web page. None of the four people I talked to could help me can you. Thanks a Bunch. Jackie
Dan - I can't get Customer Service to respond to my problem. I purchased a Mintek TV/DVD for $940 and it stopped working just after 1 year. I learned from an internet search that numerous owners of this TV have the same problem. Unfortunately the manufacturer who was replacing the TV's went out of business this year. Since QVC picks its vendors, I've asked for a partial creidt toward another TV. Unfortunately Custormer Service won't respond to my emails (3). If this is standard policy for QVC, then I'm out as a cutomer. Can you get someone to respond.Thanks
