A Whole Lot of “Voting” Going On
Why wait until November to cast a vote? You’ve got the power to choose moment by moment right here at the Q.

How?
  • By choosing to tune in when there’s a myriad of other programming choices available.
  • By landing at QVC.com when there are millions of other websites vying for your attention.
  • By saying yes to brands like Bare Escentuals or Maxx New York or no to others you just don’t care for.
The power of one can motivate a gigantic shift. One voice saying the same as hundreds more will bring about change. It’s your choices in viewing, or buying, or rating, or returning that tell us what else to offer you or what to make better.

At QVC, we closely watch cause and effect: how did OUR decision about offering Easy Pay or changing a product feature or introducing a new returns method impact YOUR customer satisfaction. More than ever, we’re taking note of what you’re telling us through product ratings and reviews, customer surveys, community forums, and your letters and emails to us. Essentially, we’re collecting your votes.

So vote on! We’re acting on what we hear to continuously improve your shopping experience with us.

All the best,

Dan

Dear CEO please bring more size 12 in the Birkenstock collection. I am disabled and wear an 11w and need the Birkenstock shoe or go barefoot! Barefoot is not a good option as I live in Wisconsin. Also there seems to be alot of confusion on sizing (just look at your blogs.). Note that Birkenstock's don't (across the board) offer half sizes. This isn't a problem as one just sizes up unless you wear a size 11w.
Furthermore, regarding the confusion on sizing here goes. The Birkenstock collection contains Birki's, Birkenstock's, Papillo's, Eurowellness' and Betula's among others. The later 2 are not offered by the Q which is a shame, particularly in the case of Eurowelless as they are the latest offered by Birkenstock Company (supposedly based on a couple years scientific studies.)
The difference in sizing among what the Q offers is simple. Papillo's are cut a little wider than Birki's and Birkenstock's. I know this not on scientific studies (I do have a PhD), yet by my experience with purchasing approximately 35 pairs from the Q & HSN over the last several years. My feet fit correctly (heel in heel cup when standing) in European size 42 (US size 12) in Birki's and Birkenstock's. MY SAME FEET fit perfectly (heel in heel cup)| in Papillo's European size 41 (US size 11).
I wish you'd have someone just look at what a loyal Q customer I am (UPS is here daily). I stopped shopping with HSN after they charged me and sent me approximately 40 bras (yes about 40 of the exact same item) last December. That was the last straw for HSN shopping for me.
QVC has made a few mistakes over the years, but has always corrected them with no problems! And QVC has better quality than HSN with one exception being that in your Birkenstock collection you don't offer Eurowellness. But I digress.
I want to purchase a pair of shoes for fall However, when it comes to shoe shopping, I have a clear problem when I try to purchase shoes from the Q. I am asking you to just watch one of your shoe shows and you'll understand. If, on the occasion, a size 12 is offered in Birki's or Birkenstock's (remember one has to size up in Birkenstocks as they dont offer half sizes) you'd better be fast to the phone. Size 12 is ALWAYS the first to go. Based on supply and demand, please have your buyers purchase more size 12 so I can spend more of my husband's money.
I really do need a pair of clogs for the season. I'd also buy slippers and boots if they were offered. I know I'm not the only disabled female with big feet who wants a fashionable, practical, quality shoe for fall.
PLEASE listen to this as I have taken the time to write it. Thank you
