Easy Steps to look up Easy Pay
We know our customers love Easy Pay. As more and more of you discover the benefit of spreading payments over a few months, we recognize how you want to stay on top of the installment schedule for your orders. This is clear by the number of calls we take to help you do this, and if you like managing your Easy Payments schedule on your own, you can easily sort this information online.

When you want to see your exact easy payment amounts – what’s coming up as well as what you’ve paid – use Order Status in QVC.com. You can view just those orders on Easy Pay.

You can view the billing date column to see the month, date and year when each future Easy Payment will be billed to the credit card or other method of payment used to place the order.

You can verify the order number, item number and its description.

Most importantly, you can view the dollar amount per installment as well as the total number of Easy Payments designated on the order.

QVC.com makes it easy to see this order list anytime of day and keep current with your payment schedule. You can even print the list of Easy Pay orders to have the details close at hand.

One of our many goals is making our services as easy as possible so they take minimal effort on your part. We believe this online feature can help you manage all of your Easy Pay orders.

Be on the look out for more Easy Pay offerings this Saturday when we present our Fall Fashion Day. Have fun shopping.

All the best,

Dan

Hi Dan. First, let me say I love your new Blog. Second, you're right, most of us love Easy Pay. I have a question for you. There are a couple of rather "pricey" items I have my eye on, but Easy Pay is not offered. Do you think maybe one day QVC will offer members a once or twice a year option to use Easy Pay on item(s) of their own choosing? This would be great! Thanks.
The different views for Order Status (including and especially Easy Pay) are great. Thank you for providing Easy Pay information to credit card companies in a way that also makes it easy to track and reconcile on those statements as well.
I have some suggestions for the easy pay on line information. You used to zero out future payments that will not be billed if an item is returned. I miss that a lot. I buy a lot and find it very time consuming trying to figure out if you received my return and if the billing cycle overlapped. Also there is no indication any place else that the order is on easy pay - such as on the receipt. There is a status column but that does not get updated to anything but billed - and only on the first payment.
If you could get your programming department to make these changes I know they will be helpful to other customers also.
Thanks. Dyanne
Personally, I would prefer that when an order's last Easy Pay installment was billed it would clear from the record and not remain visible. I wasn't aware that I could view my Easy Pay purchases and this is very convenient for me and saves Customer Service one call. I would prefer seeing only those orders who have remaining billing cycles left.
Thanks, Tammy
A feature I would really like to see is to be able to change the payment date on easy pay by a few days. As someone who is on a fixed income that does not come in on the same date every month it is hard to budget. Thus it would be nice to be able to make a slight change either online or through customer service. Please consider making this feature available.
