Welcome to the New QVC.com!

I’d like to be the first to welcome you to QVC’s new web site! In addition to the updated look, we’ve made some enhancements, including a Wish List, the ability to print Pre-paid Return Labels, and enhanced Auto-Delivery management, all to make your shopping experience with us even better. While our look may have changed, we’ll still continue to provide the same level of service that you’ve come to expect.

Be sure to take a look around and let us know your thoughts — both good and bad — and give us suggestions using the feedback button below. After all, one thing that won’t ever change is our interest in hearing what you have to say.

– Alex, Community Director

.

The HomepageVISIT THE HOMEPAGE

We’ve spruced up our homepage to make it easier to shop than ever. You’ll still find our Today’s Special Value® item prominently featured, but now you can surf pages dedicated to Hot Picks, the current item on air, special events, and upcoming shows.

And we haven’t stopped there. Click on the QVC Live Player and watch the show as it’s happening! You’ll also find a completely updated Items Recently On Air page where you can watch a product demonstration that you missed the first time around.

Wish ListVIEW WISH LIST

It sure beats taping that sticky note to your fridge. Thanks to our new Wish List feature, you can create customized lists of the products you want, before you actually buy them. One click adds the item, and then you’re off to make lists that are great for birthdays, holidays, or any day. Plus, your Wish List is available any time.

Pre-paid Return LabelsLEARN MORE ABOUT OUR RETURN POLICY

Need to make a return or exchange? No problem! Now you can print pre-paid return labels from home in three easy steps. Just fill out the return form, print, and you’re done. And if you happen to misplace your label, don’t worry...they’re reprintable.

Online Auto-Delivery ManagementLEARN MORE ABOUT AUTO-DELIVERY

Managing your Auto-Delivery account is now a breeze. With easy online access, you can make changes whenever you need to, whether it’s the quantity of an item, an address, form of payment, or frequency of shipments.

Items Recently On AirVISIT ITEMS RECENTLY ON AIR

Sometimes we all wonder: where did the week go? For QVC customers, the answer is Items Recently On Air. Here you’ll find the last seven days of shows and products, chockful of videos to help you make the perfect purchasing decision, right then and there.

Program GuideVISIT THE PROGRAM GUIDE

For those who want to plan their day or week, the Program Guide’s the place to be. Check out The Daily View to see what’s on today or head to The Weekly View to get a look at the days to come. And just to play it safe, you’ll be able to sign up for Remind Me e-mails so you don’t miss a thing.

Video Player – WATCH QVC TV LIVE

One click and you’re where the action is, whether you’re eyeing video alongside a product description or catching a glimpse of an upcoming show in our program guide. And just like before, QVC TV is right at your fingertips, only now the screen is bigger than ever.

It’s the next best thing to having the product right in front of you. That’s because our improved Product Detail pages give you a more up close and personal look at our items through bigger pictures, more views, and on-air video presentations. Plus, you can see what other customers are saying with Product Ratings & Reviews.

Product Listings

Now there’s more to love about our product listings. Not only will you get to see more of the products thanks to larger pictures, but you can also add them right to your cart or Wish List. You can also customize how the items layout and how many items appear on a page.

Now that you have the new look completed, do you think you can fix all the glitches in the community forums? It worked fine until the new improvements messed it up.

We sure don't need the wide blank margin on the left screen. We don't need to log in all the time. We post and the posts either disappear or it takes an hour for them to show up.
I HATE the new site. Bring the old one back. This one is AWFUL! Read the QVC BB. There are many complaints about this new site. It's slow, I have to scroll back and forth to see the whole page, I don't like the new format. You don't need to copy HSN. At least HSN's site is fast, not turtle slow like QVC's. I don't like my cursor going over the top and having the bar drop down. I would rather click on the bar. It is very frustrating to have the bar dropping down all the time, when I don't want it to.
I like the look of the new site, particularly the larger, clearer pictures of the products. Also, the window for watching the live broadcast is larger - and has a much clearer resolution. However, I do have one complaint on something I noticed immediately: In order to see the availability of a size or color of an item, you first have to click on a size, then each color individually to see if it is available or on waitlist. It is very time consuming, and a bit confusing, to do this repeatedly. I very much prefer the old "availability guide" link that showed all the sizes and colors together in one chart . Please restore this handy feature as soon as possible!!!! I also agree with "lapislazulii"s comment above. On the homepage, it is VERY ANNOYING to have the drop down menus appear just by moving your mouse over a heading rather than clicking on it.
I absolutely HATE the new format. First of all, it is extremely slow. It is more difficult to navigate and the pictures all look a bit fuzzy. The old format had all the product info and feedback right there on the page for you. Nice and convenient. With the new setup, you have to click to a new page and since it is sooooo slow it takes more time than I am willing to spend. I also miss how the "where do I want to go" choices stayed on the left side with the old format. Now, once you click to get product info, those choices disappear and then you have to go back to the home page and start all over again. Hopefully you've got some big time "tweaking" to do and that these problems will clear up quickly. If not, I'm afraid I won't be having QVC up and running on my computer while I work every day as I have for a long time now. Please go back to the old format. It was pretty much perfect.
Congratulations on the New Site! It looks modern and I have found it to be user friendly. The additions we requested have been done and I wish Q all the success !
Now, If we could focus some of the attention to the forums, it would make the Q experience complete.
The Community has quite a few suggestions as it is not as user friendly as before. For instance when one reads a thread we have to scroll all the way through several pages. Please put the bookmark feature back.
Also there are still quite a few members who are unable to log on and post.
Finally, when we post it may take two or three hours at best to see our posts and that is disruptive to the flow. These minor changes in the community will enhance the Q experience and allow new members as well as old to enjoy the Community Family.
Again, Congratulations and am looking forward to the improvements in the community forums. I Q Do U?

horrible new format looks cheap, washed out and fuzzy not at all appealing
I agree that the site has a very washed out appearance. So many of the item pictures look like they're done in black and white, not color. I'm not very enthused about the new site at all, and the pages are extremely slow to load.

Yes, please do something about the community forums. PLEASE bring back the "mark all threads as read" feature and the one that brings you to the first unread post in a thread.
Well dot.com purchases may account for only 20% of the Q's business, but I made 100% of my Q purchases online. Not any more. The only good thing about this new format is that my "impulse" buys are now a thing of the past. This new format is terribly unappealing, difficult to navigate and is sooooooooo slow. I have Yahoo as my homepage and they recently went to beta, but they still offer the option of using their old format, which I do. Sure I lose some their "enhancements", but it's my choice to use the old format and I am happy with it. QVC needs to offer their customers the option to use the old format if they choose to. For the past five years I have done all of my holiday shopping online, and the majority of it from QVC.com. This year will be a totally different story. With so many online retailers offerings discounts, free shipping and other specials, my $$$ will be going to them and their user friendly sites.
The majority of links seem to fail in the new web design. For example, after posting in one of the forums, I attempted to click on “customer service” and was met with the standard “page unavailable” screen. When I attempted to utilize a search for “customer service” up popped PRODUCTS but luckily the link on that re-loaded page worked to get to the real customer service page.

As a web designer and on-line shopper, I agree with the many posts that complain of the similarity of this new web design to that of HSN. However, the FUNCTION at HSN is much better implemented. My main complaint is that this new design takes much longer to load each page and the information with the “Quick Look” window is NOT helpful!. The previous version of the site had a much better, less clicks, way to find such information and in my opinion a superior design to what is currently offered. My advice would be to return to the previous revision of your web design and keep your customer base happy.
I hate the new website. QVC should never try to copy HSN. I don't shop HSN because I hate their website. I do 98% of my QVC shopping online. If the website stays in this format I truly believe that I will be shopping less often. Online shopping should be enjoyable as well as fast neither of the issues are satisfied with the website in the current format.
I agree with most of the people who posted in here. I HATE HATE HATE the new format. I have a very slow computer, and it took forever just to log in to post my comment. I'm hoping that someone reads these. I thought maybe we won when the site changed back after it's disaster of a few weeks ago. I do not have cable tv, and now have gone to purchasing most everything online.

QVC has always been my favorite online shopping site, but this is getting ridiculous! I agree it also looks like the site is a copy of HSN, which we don't need. I can tell there are differences, but it takes so long, I may just stop buying online here altogether. I thought you were listening to your customers. I am very unhappy with this new site. I don't even like to read the comments that people post about products. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE change it back!!!!!!!!
Please fix the problems we've been telling you about on the bulletin boards.

Posts take hours to show up. We've lost the ability to go to the last post read.

You've taken away the ability to mark all posts read.

Too many sub-forums. Please put them all back to the way they were. Nobody can find where they need to post with this setup.

I actually like the new website. There are still some links that need to be fixed and it does take too long for things to load but overall I like the look and the new functions.
I agree with the majority posts commenting about the new QVC site. In particular, it does seem as if QVC is trying too hard to have their site look like HSN's site. And yes - QVC's site was much easier to navigate but not anymore....please bring back more of your old features. I sort of like the new features for blogs and forums....that's about it.
How do I choose one area to comment on? Most of the site is not user friendly. Firstly, I am on a very fast computer at work where we have only the best and a fantastic IT department. No dial up!

The homepage is just O.K. I don't like that "items recently on air” is now so far down on the left. I liked how the recent items and shows used to be listed down the middle of the page with smaller pictures. I do not care for the HUGE pictures at all! I do not like huge pictures when you search for an item, which is now taking forever. In the product detail, I liked it before with the pic to the right and all the info to the left. I don't like all the info below the picture now. I also preferred to click availability to see what remained (sizes, colors). Rather than to look at the little color swatches to figure out what is sold out. Also, I also liked to look at "more views" and I notice some are below the large pic, but mostly there are no alternate views. And is the zoom feature now gone?

Don't even get me started on the bulletin boards (which by the way I appreciate QVC making available in the first place). With all the changes and problems navigating, you have scared all the members away. I know this because I have been there since the beginning before Shop Talk. I check the members every time I go on the boards (daily) and you are lucky if there is even 5% members among the guests...most times it is 2%!! Used to be a great place!

I just want to say that if you are not, you should be reading the many, many threads expressing extreme dissatisfaction with the changes you have made to your website. It only would have made sense to test it before jumping headfirst. We are the ones who use it and shop on it. Someone said here qvc.com accounts for only 20% of revenue (surprisingly low), but I do 100% of my Q shopping on your site. If you take polls on what cookies we like to make at Christmas, what about a useful poll about our likes and dislikes about your website?!

All over the threads people are pointing out that there are many other websites where they can shop (of course, you know this). If they are frustrated they will go elsewhere. Point in fact, when iQVC was taking forever as I was trying to search for NFL items for gifts, I hopped on over to Modell's (free S&H and 10%) and Dick's Sporting Goods (10% off)! Then I went to Overstock.com--entire order ships for $1!!!!

Think about it...was this new website launch right before Christmas well-timed!?

Those on the bb have the sense that QVC is not listening and couldn't care less whether or not their customers like the new website. I have been a QVC member for 20 years, so I am obviously loyal to QVC. This site is no longer easy or enjoyable to navigate. Less time surfing a website, adds up to less money spent on that site, pure and simple.

Think about it.

Thank you.
