My cast iron collection
I don’t think I’ve told y’all about my line of cast iron cookware that is available through QVC. Well, y’all need to know about it ‘cause I’m comin’ to QVC with it! March 13th, I’m gonna be on with my 11” Square Cast Iron Grill Pan and my 11” Cast Iron Skillet with a Grill Press. I just love cast iron so much because it heats evenly and it’s stove-top to oven friendly meaning y’all can cook with these pieces on top of your stove, then move to the oven without having to switch skillets.

These two cast iron pieces feature an interior that I’ve already seasoned for you, so you won’t have to do it! Believe me, I’ve saved y’all some time on that one! I also put an extra handle on the end of the skillets for a little extra stability when you’re lifting.

Of all the cast iron cookware I have in my kitchen, I’m always on the lookout for more. Now y’all don’t have to wait for a piece to be handed down to you. Let me help you start your own collection with some of my collection! Watch for me on March 13th and until then, I send y’all love and best skillet dishes from my kitchen to yours!

Hi There Paula,
Just have to say how Great you and your Family are. I have met you and Michael once. And Jamie and Bobby twice. I have autographs from all of you. I am a HUGE fan. I know you hear this all the time. I watch you on Food Network, have several of your cookbooks and receive you magazine and get all your newsletters. I hope one day to be able to afford to come to The Lady & Sons. Your recipes are wonderful. The best thing is to me is that you all are just as fun loving, down home and jolly as you are on TV. You have all put smiles on my face thru tough times. Just can't get enough. Have a great day and I :):)will be watching you today. God Bless. Maria Capaldi, Levittown, Pa.19054
Hi, Paula,
I'm planning to use your pans over a fire while camping, like I use a lot of cast iron pans. Do you see any problems with that? Thanks.
I ordered your cast iron Today's Special right at midnight. I could not wait to see what you had to offer and I think it's a great value. In addition to the great cookware, enjoying your spirit and laughter is something I always look forward to and enjoy. I'm going to get your ham for my Easter table too. My daughter will be home for college and she, my two teenage boys and my husband and I will love it I'm sure. I wish you and your family a great holiday.
I was all ready to buy when I noticed made in China. What a let down
I have to agree with sharkblue. I don't want to support China. I absolutely love you Paula. Your are such a sparkle. I have learned so much from you and want to visit one of your restaurants. I know that it is cheaper to use China to mass produce, however I want to support America not China. God Bless
I have a real problem with Made in CHINA. I will not buy ANYTHING from QVC with that tag attached to it. I LOVE Paula and even stood in line in the South Carolina August heat to meet her , but I will not buy Made in CHINA. I would though, pay more for Made in USA!!
Dear Paula,

Since about six this morning, I've been tearing this house apart and have been unable to unearth a great "natural" foods cookbook that recommends cooking in cast iron pans as a natural source of iron!

Basically, small amounts of iron from the cookware leaches into foods being cooked.

Therefore, cooking in cast iron is not only energy efficient -- it's very healthy, as well!

Just thought I'd mention this information, for those who are interested in getting their daily does of iron in a "natural" way!

Paula,
Please help. I want to try your son's recipe for Strawberry Cannoli Parfaits and I can't find the amaretti cookie needed for the recipe. Is there something just as good I can subsitute?
I love you Paula, you are so much fun to watch. I love all your recipes you are truley an amazing person!!
Well Paula, As with your TSV cookware of a while back, I see that this cast iron is also MADE IN CHINA. I will not support China made products. Given that we are all in need of jobs here in our own country, you and QVC should pull together and employ our own good ppl.....wouldn't you think?
Hi Paula! First of all, when I hear you talk, I think of my mom. I'm a Yankee, but she was a real Southern Belle. Love you. My question is, will you ever sell the grill press by itself? I NEED IT:) I already have cast iron pans.
Paula, I just happended to be at home and caught a few minutes of your show with Bob. I must say you are the most enchanting women. What a doll! When you restated that Easter was on Friday I almost fell off the chair laughing

You make it all look good.......thanks for being so real and offering a stellar product.
